Yes, all of our products are made from ingredients free of the 14 most common allergens and baked in a certified allergen-safe facility free of cross-contamination.




What are the 14 most common allergens?


The 14 most common allergens can be seen in the graphic. We separate them into the 8 primary and 6 secondary most common allergens, then group them under the umbrella term, "14-free". This includes dairy, gluten, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, seafood, shellfish, lupin, celery, sulphur dioxide, sesame, mustard, and soybeans.




Is Allergenius Baking Co. a vegan company?


Yes, all of our products are vegan and contain no animal products.

You can order through this website for nationwide (US) shipping. If you're in and around Chicago, Allergenius is available on major delivery services (Grubhub, Doordash, Uber Eats, etc), you can pick up from our kitchen location, or put in an order for us to cater your event!
